How attending to the conference

7AESE attendees are kindly invited to complete their registration online using the link below. Credentials will be provided to login to his own personal page where it is possible to manage the abstract registration, the registration form and payment of Conference fee.
Abstract submissions do not require any fee payment.


Payment of conference fee

Full payment should be completed by credit card online, and will be processed via Gestpay of Banca Sella. Otherwise, the registration fee should be paid in advance to 7AESE Conference by bank transfer. All payments must be processed in Euros.
Cancellations will only be accepted 60 days before the conference starts. Cancellation requests must be sent by email (  indicating the registration name, surname and email address of the attendee.


What is included in each Conference fee

• Submission of one paper. An additional paper can be submitted, per each registered author, with an additional fee of € 100.
• All technical sessions
• Program
• Proceedings
• Conference kit
• Coffee break and working lunch
• Welcome lunch
• Dinner on September 6th
• Social Dinner (if included in the purchased package)


How submitting an abstract

The authors are invited to login on the their personal page and submit their abstract using the “Abstract Submission Form”. Each abstract should not exceed 400 words and it is possible to use up to 5 keywords. The official conference language is in English hence the abstracts must be written in English.

How to submit full-Paper

Authors will receive an e-mail notification for the acceptance of their abstracts by May 15th, 2017, and the final paper should be ready within July 31th, 2017. The Official 7AESE Full Paper Template is available for download.
All the submitted papers will be reviewed. If the submitted text is not conform to the above guidelines it will be returned back to the author for correction. The corrected version has to be re-submitted within 48 hours.
Final proceedings with full papers (6 pages or more) will be submitted to be indexed in Scopus at the end of the conference.
Only Full-papers with minimum 6  and maximum 20 pages, and extended abstract with maximum 2 pages will be included in the conference proceedings.
Full paper can be submitted through the personal page only after the Conference fee has been paid.
